Coffee Processing · Dual DosingC01

Stick packaging system for coffee double micrometering: independent metering of ground coffee and freeze-dried coffee, synchronous into bags, formula management and quality control

Put the ground coffee and freeze-dried coffee into the same STIK in the set ratio, not just add a set of filling devices.

Coffee Freshness · Nitrogen FlushingC02

Coffee-filled fresh-locking system from grinding to sealing: oxygen exposure control, airtight transport, bag in-place replacement and safety management engineering methods

The aroma protection of coffee should not only rely on the first nitrogen filling before the packaging bag is sealed. Oxygen may continue to enter the product during buffering, conveying, metering and blanking. DOT regards grinder outlets, confined buffer chambers, low perturbation delivery, STIC filling areas and bag gas replacement in bags as a continuous oxygen exposure control system, and is equipped with the JOYEA packaging platform to configure oxygen content monitoring, nitrogen management, dust removal and personnel safety interlocking.

Checkweighing · Closed-Loop ControlC03

Multi-column STIC check-in closed-loop system: engineering design of weight feedback, servo compensation, non-conforming elimination and production data traceability

The total average weight of the multi-column STICK packaging machine may be normal, but a certain column may continue to be high or low. The column check weight can associate each package with the corresponding metering channel, and feed the stable trend to the screw servo or the metering box servo, and at the same time, independently eliminate the out-of-difference product. DOT is based on the JOYEA multi-column packaging technology, which integrates channel identification, statistical filtering, compensation boundaries, culling confirmation and batch traceability into a controlled closed loop, avoiding over-adjustment with a single fluctuation.

Online Buffering · Gap RecoveryC04

Online caching and refill system after unqualified Stick rejection: engineering method of missing position identification, dynamic reorganization and continuous secondary packaging

After multiple columns of STICK are checked or visually tested, once the unqualified product is removed, there will be vacancies in the original queue. If you directly enter the counting bag or boxing station, it may lead to insufficient combinations, complete group removal and additional rework. DOT uses online caching, product identity tracking, absent position identification and supplement reorganization to re-form a complete product group to a qualified Stick, and then stably hand it over to the secondary packaging equipment, while retaining the batch boundary and quality traceability.
